(iv) enabling Participants to communicate and coordinate Transactions;

(vi) processing Connection Fees and other payments made to Piligrim Port, where applicable;
(vii) preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other misuse of the Services;
(viii) monitoring, analyzing, and improving the performance, functionality, and security of the Website and Applications;
(ix) providing customer support and responding to inquiries;
(x) complying with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and governmental requests; and
(xi) protecting the rights, property, safety, and security of Piligrim Port, our Users, Participants, and third parties.
We collect, use, and disclose personal information only for purposes permitted or required by applicable law.
(c) Personal Information
When you register for an account, use the Website or Applications, create a Trip or Request, communicate with another Participant, or otherwise use the Services, we may collect personal information such as:
- name;
- email address;
- mobile phone number;
- profile information;
- location information, where necessary to provide the Services;
- Trip and Request information;
- information relating to Transactions;
- communications with other Participants and Piligrim Port;
- information provided through Google or Apple authentication; and
- other information you voluntarily provide to us.
We may also receive certain information from third-party authentication providers, such as Google or Apple, when you choose to use their authentication services.
We do not require you to provide credit card or bank account information merely to browse the Website or Applications.
(d) Log Data
When you visit the Website or use the Applications, certain information may be automatically collected by our servers or third-party service providers.
This information may include your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, application version, pages or screens viewed, dates and times of access, referring pages, search queries, and other technical or statistical information.
We may use this information to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Website, Applications, and Services.

Participants may communicate with each other through features provided by the Applications or Website in order to arrange and complete Transactions.
Participants may voluntarily exchange contact information when necessary to coordinate the sending, receiving, or transportation of a Parcel.
Pilgrim Port may process communications and related information as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, moderate, and improve the Services and to comply with applicable law.
(h) Security Measures
Piligrim Port takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal information.
(i) Third-Party Services and Links
The Website and Applications may use or contain links to third-party websites, services, applications, or platforms.
Third parties may have their own privacy policies and practices, which may differ from ours. Pilgrim Port does not control the privacy practices of third parties and is not responsible for their policies or practices.

(j) Age Restrictions
The Services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
You must be at least 18 years old to register as a Participant and use the Services to arrange or participate in Transactions.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under the applicable minimum age without the required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
(k) Business Transfers
Piligrim Delivery Inc. may transfer, assign, sell, or otherwise disclose personal information as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate transaction involving all or part of our business or assets.
Any such transfer will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and any applicable contractual or legal requirements.

Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, subject to applicable law and any legal or legitimate business requirements that require us to retain certain information.
You may update certain information directly through your Piligrim Port Account where such functionality is available.

If you request deletion of your account, we may retain certain information where required or permitted by law, including information necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.
Certain information associated with your previous activity, such as reviews or other User Content that you have publicly posted, may remain visible after account deletion where permitted by applicable law.
(m) Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your Pilgrim Port Account, you may submit a request through the account deletion functionality, where available, or contact us through our support or contact page.

Account deletion does not necessarily require the immediate deletion of all information associated with the account where we are legally required or permitted to retain such information.
(n) Security and Data Breaches

If a security breach involving personal information occurs, we will assess the breach and take appropriate measures in accordance with applicable law, including notifying affected individuals and regulatory authorities where required.

EEND USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR PILIGRIM PORT
1. INTRODUCTION
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Pilgrim Delivery Inc., operating under the Pilgrim Port brand (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the Piligrim Port mobile application (the “App”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the applicable Pilgrim Port Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Agreement, do not download, install, access, or use the App.
The App is a technology platform that enables Users and Participants to communicate and connect with one another regarding the sending and transportation of Parcels. Pilgrim Port is not a carrier, courier, delivery service provider, custodian, insurer, escrow service, or guarantor of Transactions between Participants.
2. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Piligrim Delivery Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, access, and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal use and in accordance with this Agreement, the Terms of Use, and applicable laws.
This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App, its software, Content, trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property.
3. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
You agree that you will not:
- modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App;
- copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the App or any part of it, except as expressly permitted by applicable law;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
- remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, proprietary, or other intellectual property notices contained in the App;
- use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose;
- use the App to interfere with, disrupt, damage, disable, or overburden the App or related systems;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other User accounts, systems, networks, or services;
- use bots, crawlers, scraping tools, automated scripts, or other automated means to access or collect information from the App without our prior written authorization; or
- use the App in any manner that violates these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or applicable laws or regulations.
4. USER CONDUCT
When using the App, you agree that you will not:
- publish, upload, transmit, or distribute Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, vulgar, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate;
- harass, threaten, intimidate, embarrass, stalk, abuse, or cause distress or discomfort to another User or Participant;
- impersonate any person or entity, including Piligrim Port or its representatives;
- use another person’s account or account information without authorization;
- create or maintain more than one active Piligrim Port Account;
- provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- use the App to arrange or facilitate the transportation of prohibited, restricted, unlawful, or improperly declared goods;
- violate customs, import, export, tax, transportation, or other applicable laws or regulations;
- use the App to solicit or facilitate illegal activities;
- transmit malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material;
- collect or disclose another person’s personal or confidential information without authorization; or
- encourage, assist, or facilitate any third party in violating this Agreement or applicable law.
You are solely responsible for your interactions, communications, meetings, Transactions, and arrangements with other Participants.
5. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY
Piligrim Port collects, uses, stores, and processes personal information as described in the Pilgrim Port Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge that your personal information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
The App may use third-party services, including authentication, analytics, mapping, hosting, notification, and other technology services. The use of such services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, platforms, APIs, software, authentication providers, mapping services, analytics services, cloud infrastructure, and other technologies.
These third-party services may include, without limitation, Google, Apple, Firebase, Google Maps Platform, and Apple Maps.
Piligrim Port does not control third-party services and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, or functionality.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies imposed by those third parties.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP, INCLUDING ALL FEATURES, FUNCTIONALITY, CONTENT, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP, IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
Pilgrim Port does not warrant that:
- the App will meet your particular requirements or expectations;
- the App will operate without interruption, errors, delays, or defects;
- the App will be secure or free from viruses or other harmful components;
- information provided through the App will be accurate, complete, reliable, or current;
- the App will always be available;
- any Participant will be trustworthy, qualified, available, or capable of completing a Transaction; or
- any Transaction will be completed or any Parcel will be successfully delivered.
Pilgrim Port does not guarantee the conduct, identity, reliability, performance, or representations of any Participant.
You use the App and interact with other Participants at your own risk.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PILIGRIM DELIVERY INC., PILIGRIM PORT, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.
This includes, without limitation, damages or losses arising from:
- any Transaction between Participants;
- any act or omission of another Participant;
- loss, theft, destruction, delay, or damage to a Parcel;
- failure to deliver or receive a Parcel;
- cancellation or modification of a Trip or Request;
- communications or meetings between Participants;
- payments or compensation between Participants;
- Connection Fees;
- customs duties, taxes, fines, penalties, seizure, or confiscation;
- inaccurate or misleading information provided by Users;
- technical failures, interruptions, or unavailability of the App; or
- unauthorized access to or alteration of User information.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN PARTICIPANTS
Pilgrim Port provides a platform that facilitates connections and communication between Participants.
Any agreement concerning the transportation or delivery of a Parcel is entered into directly between the Participants.
Piligrim Port is not a party to such agreement and does not:
- take possession or custody of Parcels;
- transport or deliver Parcels;
- act as a carrier or courier;
- guarantee delivery;
- act as an escrow service;
- hold or transfer payments between Participants; or
- guarantee the performance of either Participant.
Any payment or compensation agreed between Participants is solely their responsibility.
Pilgrim Port may separately charge Participants a Connection Fee or other platform fees, as disclosed before the applicable fee is incurred.
10. TERMINATION
Pilgrim Port may suspend or terminate your access to the App or your Pilgrim Port Account if you violate this Agreement, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or applicable laws or regulations.
Pilgrim Port may also restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the security, integrity, or proper operation of the App or to protect Users, Participants, Pilgrim Port, or third parties.
Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ends.
Sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, shall survive termination.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its software, design, interface, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, Content, functionality, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Piligrim Delivery Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted under this Agreement, no rights or licenses are granted to you, whether expressly or by implication.
The Pilgrim Port name, logos, trademarks, and related branding may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written authorization.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions contained in the Pilgrim Port Terms of Use.
13. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
Pilgrim Port may update or modify this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes to the App, Services, business practices, or applicable laws.
If material changes are made, we may notify you through the App, Website, email, or other reasonable means, where required by applicable law.
Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
